We make no assumption or affirmation that these products, or the information around the products referenced on this website, are available, appropriate, or legal in your country. Anyone choosing to access this website is fully responsible for making sure that the products and information are legal within their own country. Use of this website may only be used at the visitor’s own risk. Information provided by Iboteca, via this website, by its employees or by phone, e-mail or other form of communication, including any links to or from this site, is purely for historical, scientific and educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific use of our products. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the information they provide you with. The use and application of our products are solely at the customer’s own decision, responsibility and risk.
Age
The customer must be 18 year of age or older for them to be able to place an order. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.
Order Confirmation
Direct communication with customers is required before confirming an order.
Product Purpose
None of our products are sold or intended for the purpose of human consumption or cosmetic use. Our products are botanical specimens of ethnographic value and interest only and are delivered with no expressed or implied usage for any purpose. Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products, and guarantee that our products are genuine, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the product in regards to the way the customer decides to use it. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace nor refund products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.
Product Support
Our products are delivered with no expressed or implied usage for any purpose. We do not provide nor communicate about usage of our products.
Shipping Policy
As the products we sell are natural and largely plant based, some may be not allowed in your country. Products of which we know are illegal in your country, are disabled from ordering. It is your final responsibility to ensure that all items you order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages lost due to the shipper, or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.
Return Policy
Parcels may be returned within 14 days after having received the parcel. The contents may only be returned in its original packaging, unharmed or unused in any way.
Returned Orders
If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and the customer wants it to be reshipped, shipping costs will be charged.
Refunds
When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs or herbals may lose their value. We do not restock returned products, thus we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs.
Delivery Time
We cannot guarantee the delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays. Customs authorities may examine your parcel and delay the delivery. Customs is beyond our control.
Once the parcel has arrived in the destination country, it is considered delivered, and we will no longer be liable or responsible for anything. The customer is responsible for receiving the item.
Limited Liability
Neither Iboteca, nor any of its directors, employees, or agents will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or products advertised. Use of this website and these terms of use are governed by Spanish law.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
